What Causes Stomach Pains With Flatulence?

hi my name is Megan King and i am 14 years of age. I get this pain in my stomach every so ofton the pain usually last about 5-10 minutes. I get really bad gas and can lead to pain in my bowls. my stomach also makes noses,like theres things moving around! i have spoken to my mum about this and she thinks it growing pains, how ever i would like to hear it from someone whos got more knowledge :L
