What Causes Stomach Pain,vomiting And Bloating Of Stomach?

hi ive been having trouble with my stomach for a while now, since august, ive got IBS.. but iv e had bad trouble getting bloated in and out of hospital terrible pains that wont go, vomiting i had the camera down my mouth and they found a white patch in the ling of my stomach, iv gota go back to hospital to see what they will do but what could it be??? please could you tell me thanks sophia.
