What Causes Stomach Upset After Having Food?

After I eat my stomach gets upset within 10 minutes or so, and then I need to go to the bathroom. When i go to the bathroom my stool is loose and runny, no blood. After I go to the bathroom once or twice, then i start to feel better, but this happens every time i eat. (My hands also get cold, i m not sure if this is relevant)
