What Causes Stomach Upset Along With Body Aches And Sore Throat?

Yesterday I went to the carnival and went on one ride and got extremely sick with motion sickness and then the rest of the day until right now I get bad body aches and I m really stiff and woke up with a sore throat today and I have a really bad head ache

Hello,

You seem to be having a viral infection causing you headaches, body pains, nausea, and the sore throat. Generally, viral infections are self-limiting and should settle in a few days.
Meanwhile, you need to rest, drink plenty of fluids and use ibuprofen and paracetamol for the pain.

If you are not better in 3-4 days or you notice any worsening you will need to see your doctor.
