What Causes Stomach Upset Along With Fatigue And Excessive Sleepiness?

Once in a while (twice in the last 3 weeks) I will feel sick to my stomach for about half a day, and then I get extremely tired and sleep for a long time; anywhere from 12 to 16 hours. it s almost like my body just shuts down. When I wake up I feel fine.

As per history no specific diagnosis can be made.

It can be gastritis, dyspepsia or ulcer like condition which can lead stomach discomfort.

Antacid trail can be done for that like Pantoprazole.

If no improvement USG abdomen scan should be done. Consult physician for examination.
