What Causes Stomach Upset Along With Fatigue?

hi, last week my wife developed an upset stomach, aches and fatigue. She felt much better yesterday but overnight her symptoms worsened. I am writing this for my wife who is 76 yr. old in good health. She had a knee replacement two and on half months ago.She is taking advil for that and Atenolol and Ambien. She stopped oxycodone several weeks ago. Right now she feel terrible and looks pale.
