What Causes Stomach Upset And Blood Smear After Passing Stools?

I have had stomach upset for about 3 days straight....everything I eat goes through me like liquid poop, though not necessarily right away. It is different than my often tummy upset from eating, and seems to be more uncomfortable in the bowel are. The last 2 days, when wiping, I have noticed a teenie smear of blood...should I see a doctor?

Yes you have to consult the surgeon done stool examination check to rule out causes of desentry like cholera.it may be happened in the infection of large intestine. Or it may be due to enteritis with internal hemorrhoids.
