What Causes Stomach Upset With Dizziness In The Mid Of Night?

After going to beb and sleeping last night i woke up after about an hours sleep feeling sick got to the bathroom felt very dizzy and hot infact quite clammy thought i was going to pass out so lay on the bathroom floor until i was able to make it back to bed, the sickness subsided but i felt very weak feel much better today..could this have been a Bilious Attack. many thanks barbara (age 68)

The condition sounds to be acute episode of gastritis through acid reflux, cardiac condition of ischemia or developing MI or others.

I recommend immediate ER visit in such instance without any delay.
