I am 43 and a diabetic with high BP. Moderately under control on both with medication.
Tuesday afternoon I started with an upset stomach and headache and I was feeling weak. I had no other symptoms. I did not throw up but had a few trips to the bathroom. The next morning I felt better but weak. I had deep pain on the right side of my chest that radiated to my back. It lasted a few minutes then went away. I still have no appetite and I am weak. could it be a liver problem? I had my gallbladder out several years ago.

Your query being taken care, I had gone through the history given here and I could say that the given symptoms could be due to digestive dysfunction, even the chest pain may be due to hyper secretion of gastric acid, it could be the acid peptic disease.
If I would be doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with the Tab Omeprazole 40mg with Domperidone 20 mg once in day, try to avoid the heavy meal, spicy meal, greasy food.
