What Causes Stomach Upsets With Acidity And Low Appetite?
I am 41 yrs old women, weight 54Kg. My Mantoux test was positive (15x13mm). Titre 92.4, ESR-60, Hb-7.2. Now doctor treating me for TB of joints as I have joints pains since a long time. I feel better as the treatment is going on. But recently after 2 months I am feeling very weakness, acidity, stomach upset. My appetite also going to very low. I am taking a normal diet with coconut water and fruits. Please tell me the right diet to recover and the side effects of the medicines-Forecox-2 tablets in a day.

1.avoid spicy foods.
2.avoid alcohol and cigarette smoking.
3.take antacid syrup twice daily for 7 days.
4.you may need a upper GI endoscopy.
