What Causes Stool Discharge While Urinating?

I have been on Invanz since 7/9, and have a kidney stent. I am also on Metformin, Acyclovir, Ditropan, Gabapentin, Zoloft, Seroquel, Baclofen, and Norco due to an infected kidney that turned septic. I also had abcessess form in the kidney. Since I have been home I have not had a normal bowl movement. Every time I urinate (5-6 times a day), small flakes of stool come out. I am taking Dulcolax and Miralax but no relief, should I see my doctor?

This may be caused by prostate enlargement or rectocele so you should do proctologist examination to verify this and then it can be treated.
