What Causes Stoppage Of Motions?

Dear Doctor I am not getting motion in the morning daily, as soon as I get up I will drink a at least five glasses of water and walking also for half an hour and excise cum yoga for another half an hour. without any medicine please advise me how that will happen. I need advise please help me out.

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of not getting motion daily in spite of drinking water, walking around, yoga and exercises and wants it to happen without any medicines .
Well, you may try at least the supplements as these are not the medicines.
Simple supplements is Phylllum husk that is called Isabgoal. You have to take about 2 teaspoonfuls along with a glass or 2 of lukewarm water at bedtime. Adjust the dose as required as per the results the next morning.
Increase fibers in diet in the form of salads, green leafy vegetables.
I am sure this should help you.
Avoid all the foods and beverages that you must have observed as causing constipation.
