What Causes Strange Vaginal Odor?

I am always always having strong vaginal odor and when I take metronidazol (500 mg) for it as a gyno prescribes it relieves the odor very briefly before returning. Also for the time of usage I start to have a veeeeeery thick, white creamy substance like discharge that stops after medication consumption ends. What is going on here? I m afflicted with neither pain, nor itchiness. I ve never had sex.

Hi,

Nothing to worry your vaginal environment may be disturbed. Please use any vaginal wash of 3.5 pH twice daily to clean pvt part.
