Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
my brother (20 yrs old) suffers from very strong head ache which is often accompanied with vomiting. So we (myself and our parents and siblings) are worried about him. He has had several visits to our GP who said that it s stress related, but we think that there s something wrong with him because the head aches appear suddenly - he can t predict them and they are often accompanied with vometing. He is also very pale and suffers from shivers when he has these attacks. Please help!!!

What Causes Strong Headache With Vomiting?
Hello, The symptoms of your brother seem to be related to a migraine. I recommend using an anti-inflammatory medication to treat a headache such as Ibuprofen. I also recommend using Reglan for the vomiting. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
