What Causes Strong Odor In Urine?

Hello, what can be the cause of a strong odor in urine ( urine test came normal), normal in color, sensation of cold upper back, cough like there is some water in the lungs ( once inhaled dust from wood ever since I have this funny sensation in my throat (like I need to cough to clean my voice) . I appreciate any help.

hai,

usually concentrated urine got odour.
Many pathological condition like diabetes,bladder infection,dehydration,metabolic disease may give unusual smell in urine.

kindly do urine routine and urine culture to rule out the cause.

certain foods may also cause such odor in urine.as your medication may cause odour in your urine.

cough is an indication for respiratory tract abnormality. possibly allergy induced cough.

visit a physician for physical and systemic examination to rule out the cause.
