What Causes Strong Odor Of Urine In Infants?

Hi. My 5 week old son s urine has a really strong odor that just started today. The color is very yellow. I ve been breastfeeding as well as supplementing with formula daily. He doesn t have a fever but is a bit fussy. Please advise. Thank you.

Greetings of the day

Giving concentrated top feeds with insufficient water added for reconstituting of feeds ould lead to solute overload in body. It gets excreted through Urine causing odorous Urine.
Also would suggest to get Urine examination done to rule out possibility of Urinary tract infection.
