What Causes Strong Odor To The Urine?

I had a hysterectomy 6 months ago. Just recently, when i go to the bathroom, I notice a strong urine smell on my pantiliner. I'm not having accidents, because the pantiliner is dry. Before my surgery, I wasn't having this problem. Is this just a side effect due to the hysterectomy, or should I be worried?
