What Causes Strong Smell In My Urine?

hi observed that my urine has a very strong smell. it is different from before. I think it started when I took a duphaston medicine and a slimming capsule. my ob asked me to take duphaston for 6 months so i can have my period because i have hormonal imbalance. she asked me also to lose weight so i'm taking slimming capsule aside from doing exercise. my ob said that the slimming capsule i'm taking is good. but i don't know if any of these 2 cause my urine to have a strong smell.what should i do to make my urine back to its normal smell.
I am 26 years old, 5'2" tall, and weighing 60 kg.
