What Causes Sudden And Severe Vaginal Cramps?

I am 63 years old have been thru menopause for

about 7 years last night I was awakened out of a

dead sleep with severe vaginal cramps, this is the

first time it has happened and it lasted a while I had

to get out of bed and walk. in the past I had a thickening of the uterus lining but no cancer had

biopsies and d and c have not had a pap in 2 years

because they were always negative. Any suggestions this kind of freaked me out.
