Hi
thank you asking HCM
Constipation may be related with diet change, not drinking plenty of water, stress, bowel problems,IBS.thyroide problems.
Since you have done the colonoscopy you have rule out organic problems.
I would reccomend to :
-avoid stress
-take plenty of water
-use vegetables, and foods reached in fibers.
please consult your physician to perform exams like
abdominal ultrasound
blood work
T3 T4, TSH.
wishing you all the best.
