What Causes Sudden Disorientation In Blood Pressure Levels After Taking Femara For Breast Cancer?

My blood pressure - 160 over 110, suddenly very disoriented, can't distinguish what's real or dreams, can't remember what i"m doing, slight pressure at the back of the head, getting sleepy. i just took catapres to lower blood pressure. i habe breast cancer -taking femara as maintenance.

You have to be seen by an Internist / get yourself examined / often, investigation like MRI may be necessary...
