I donated plasma on Sat February 11th. I helped a friend change a tire a few hours afterwards. I picked up a heavy rock to put under tire and hold car in place. Immediately after i felt light headed and blurry vision. Then i puked. I also have a small almost pea size bumb or knot at injection site

After giving any type of blood donation it's advisable not to lift any heavyweight. Heavy strenuous work out should be restricted for 1 day at least. You can apply ice wrapped cloth over bump.
If the pain is present then Paracetamol can be prescribed.
