What Causes Sudden Forearm Pain?

The other night, I was sitting down, using my xbox. All of a sudden, my right forearm is in a lot of pain and my fingers curled inwards involuntarily. I had to pull my fingers back with my other hand to straighten them. This has only happened once before in middle school: I was walking and I dropped my books because my arm tensed up. What s going on?

Hello,

As this could be related to higher motor function and need a neurologist opinion for the same. Sudden clawing of the fingers is the abnormal signalling from the brain. Meeting the neurologist will be the right thing to do and he may advise for MRI as well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
