What Causes Sudden Heaviness And Tremors In The Arm And Nausea?
This morning, when I raised both arms about head high to get something off of a shelf, I immediately felt like my arms were very heavy, and I started feeling shaky and nauseated. This has happened 4 or 5 times over the last month. Later in the day, while I was talking to a customer at work, I felt like my words weren t 100% clear, and I got a little flushed feeling in my head.

You could be anemic or have a thyroid disorder. See a doctor as soon as possible for an exam and blood tests. You need to get the problem diagnosed in order to get adequate treatment
