I have high blood pressure and anxiety... I was just sitting at me desk and my heart started beating very hard and I got real sick to my stomache and my body got this hot feeling all over it and my head felt like it had alot of pressure. I could even feel my heart meat in my tongue

Tachycardia (Increased heart rate ) with the history of hypertension and anxiety is likely and it is matter of concern, high heart rate need to be check out for cardiac disease, if this is normal then anxiety may be the cause for increased heart rate but it should never be taken as granted.
