What Causes Sudden Loss Of Pregnancy Symptoms At Week 10?

Hey I just made 10 weeks last Tuesday. All of a sudden all my symptoms stopped and I no longer feel pregnant. I m terribly afraid I may have had a missed miscarriage no bleeding tho. Have had Back pain but I figured it s from me working. Can u tell me something I ve been over thinkn myself for the last couple days

Hello,

After 10 weeks of pregnancy the symptoms can fade. Thus, it does not indicate a pregnancy loss. I recommend to do an ultrasound for further evaluation. Meanwhile, I suggest you to stay calm.
