I have gone thru your query regarding sudden loss of strength to do exercise . I can understand your concern .
I just want to know your age , height , weight which carry some substance while prescribing . Sometimes it so happens that you over do than what your age allows and you feel no strength to do exercise . You said you are taking good diet , and avoiding junk ,fast foods ,so this factor is to be ruled out as a cause of loss of strength
I would like to sggest you to get your check up done so that you can find out the actual cause of your trouble . your doctor may advice you homoglobin ,
thyroid , sugar level or HBP,and any other tests he deems fit and advises dos and don'ts and proper treatment .
Meanwhile you can do some
yoga exercises deep breathing and pranayam like Kapalbhati , Anulom vilom , BharaMari , Agnisar ,Bhujjang Aasan , Shalabh aasan , and intake of balanced diet including all essential nutriants in right proportion ,giger , garlic , lemon juice with water before meals ,
Aloe vera juice + Amla juice 35 ml in the mornlng , coconut water , a spoon of Turmeric powder+ a spoon of Almond oil with a cup of hot milk at bed time all
antioxidants , having no side effects , give you instant energy
, pave way for your heathy disease free life .
