What Causes Sudden Loss Of Weight?

Hi, Basically im an average eighteen year old female. 2 months ago i weighed ten stone five. Now, i weigh eight stone three. I've lost five pounds in the last week. I havent over exerted myself or done anything differently to what i usually do. Nothing has changed. Can you help me please?

Hello!
If you are under stress you can lose weight. If not then see if you continue to lose weight during this month. If you lose weight drastically than you have to worry otherwise nothing to be worried about. It depends on the time you have weighted yourself. Better to do it in the morning, when you still haven't it anything.
