What Causes Sudden Onset Of Pain In Knees Without Injury?

Hi, I have developed pain in both of my knees, simultaneously, without an injury, in the last week. I was wondering if this could possibly be indicative of a problem I should seek medical evaluation for? I am a 33 year old female, 5 6 and 180 lbs. Thank you.
