What Causes Sudden Sharp Chest Pain?

My 12 year old son had sudden sharp pain in his right chest. It caused him to throw up and he was producing excess salivia. It went away in 15 minutes and he is fine now. He has had chest pains before, but not this bad. Thanks!

let a doctor examine the chest of your son. It can be related to his food or drink. Doctor after examination will diagnose the cause.further investigation can be done if recommended by doctor.
