What Causes Sudden Stomach Cramps And Vomiting Sensation?

I was at work and suddenly had extreme stomach cramps, I went to the washroom, and as I was sitting there, I felt like I was about to vomit. I got real lightheaded, I tried keeping my eyes open thinking I m not going to pass out. Then I woke up on the floor, and had a BM while I was out.. my stomach is still in knots 5 hours later. What can I do?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Sudden stomach cramps followed by nausea and loss of consciousness to find out the at the motion had already been passed out indicates that there was severe vasovagal attack or there was septicemia that developed secondary to gastroenteritis.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Rush to ER or nearby hospital for clinical evaluation and examination followed by tests of blood, urine and stool, Ultrasonography of the abdomen.
These will give clinical diagnosis and a pan for management.
Till you get an Ambulance rest in bed, try to take water, electrolyte solution if you have at home.
You may need an antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotics.
Also needed are Symptomatic and symptomatic treatment in the form of anti-spasmodic.
Get hospitalized if required.
