What Causes Sudden Upper Right-sided Chest Pain, Abdominal Bloating And Gastritis?

Yes, I had a sudden onset of right upper quadrant pain over a year ago. Also extreme belly swelling...gas...belching. Feel like there is something inside me that s keeping me from bending over completely. I am 54 years old, 5 feet 7 inches, and weigh 134 pounds. Wake up with sore throat on many days.
