You have problem of blood in urine that may be because of urinary tract infection.

Urine test and urine microscopic examination is helpful for diagnose.

Consent a nephrologist for further diagnosis.
Bladder infection may ruled out.

Kidney infection may cause this type of symptoms.
After urine culture start antibiotics course under doctor's suggestion.
