What Causes Sudden Vomiting Along With Dizziness?

Whenever I get a stomach bug - when I am about to vomit I faint. I dont really feel this coming on I just collapse and am out for about 20 - 30 seconds. I can hurt myself easily because I am usually in the bathroom at this time. What is the cause please?
