What Causes Sudden Weakness In Legs And Tingling?

I am a 41 year old female, physically fit and healthy. Just an hour ago, both my legs suddenly became weak, heavy feeling, warm and tingly. I had to sit down, otherwise I probably would have fallen. It lasted for about a minute. Now I am fine. Anything to be worried about? This has never happened before. h

This could be due to some transient Ischemia. Get neurology to check up ASAP and follow the instructions.
