What Causes Sudden Weight Gain And Abdominal Bloating?

I am a 41 year old white female. For the last two months I have experienced weight gain in the amount of 10 pounds and huge belly bloat. Five years ago I had a bowel blockage caused by an adhesion. I am eating healthy, excercising regular....... what is going on?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the central obesity and genetically constituted then nothing much can be done and if it is not like that you will have to cut down the calorie in diet do regular exercise for to reduce the weight it may take long time and you will have to keep the dieting and exercise continue hope this information helps.
