HI MY SON HE IS 6 YEARS OLD NOW HE WAS NORMAL BEFORE 4 MONTHS BUT NOW HE START TO GAIN WIGHT WHEN HE IS WAKLING HIS MUSCLES LOSS AND BODY AND MOUTH ALSO SOME OPEN AND TONGUE ALSO BUT SOME TIMES HE LOOKING COMPLETLY NORMAL I AM SO CONFUSE PLEASE HELP ME

I really appreciate your concern, unusual weight gain in this age group of 6 years and this could be matter of concern, because some congenital disorders need to be ruled out that includes endocrine dysfunction, genetic disorders and to find it out you have to see the pediatrician, hope this information helps, take care.
