What Causes Supra Pubic Pain Which Eases After Urination And Bowel Movement?

46 y/o F c/o supra pubic pain mostly when standing and walking, temp 99-101.0 for last 2 days. A lot of gas feeling pain, and discomfort during BM. Pain eases after urination and after BM. Today, thought I saw a streak of bright red blood in stool once, but not sure. This happened only the one time. Also aching in low back, maybe due to fever ? This happened 2 weeks ago also, lasted 2-3 days and then was over. Total Abdominal Hysterectomy 5 years ago.

Hello,

Suspicious about urinary bladder pathology in form of cystitis or bladder calculus more likely. Suggest an ultrasound examination of abdomen and pelvis, along with laboratory parameters for the detail work-up.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
