Sweating with uncontrolled bowel movement can be related to various things. And need to get evaluated properly.
For person who has history of stroke it can be with him due to high blood pressure and anxiety which will have problem on autonomous nervous system and person may have sweating with uncontrolled bowel.
To conform you need to check his blood pressure as well talk to him about his anxiety. It may also damage the brain with another attack of stroke so need to control blood pressure as early as possible. Ask the patient to be relax and Don't worry and take him to rest room. Let his bowel gets clear.
Here with his neuro physician consultation check on medication for controlling blood pressure as well anxiety. If there is diarrhea then need to take medication as per need again. And keep him on coconut water as well on simple semisolid food as per his health need and what he can take to control dehydration.
At any time, if he is loosing control on legs and hand movement with severe headache then shift him to near by hospital for emergency care.
Take care.
