What Causes Sweating And Cold Feeling In Body?

My son is almost 9 years old. Was a bit tired today when I fetched him from school. He is now sleeping, but his body feels cold and he is sweating a lot. He does not have a fever though. He moans and groans the whole time. Is very irritable and said his head is hurting. Gave him Nurofen syrup. Should I worry?
