What Causes Sweating And Finger Sucking In A Child?

Hello My 4 month old Daughter has been dribbling a lot and feels quite cool but at the back and side of her head she is very sweaty she has been pulling at her hair and sometimes her ear she does not have a problem going to the toilet and she sleeps very well and eats great , today has been the only day that she has slept quite a lot in the day that is unlike her because she sleeps through the night , she has been chewing on her tongue a lot and chewing on her fingers just lately. If you could help me that would be great. thank you very much, Hannah
