What Causes Sweating, Blurred Vision And Hearing Loss In A Teenager?

My granddaughter is 15 I have taken her to doctor may times for these syptmons paleness, sweating, coldness, blured vision, now loss of hearing and dizzy. this usually happens when she stands for long periods of time it come on very fast last about 4 min. She has been tested for dietabitis . She is very active on swim team and in Coast Guard Sea Cadets.

I think she is facing recurrent vasovagal symptoms/partial seizures. In view of these, I would recommend an EEG with MRI brain. Also a cardiac workup inclusive of a HUTT test is recommended. Also, Hb, PCV, MCV.

These tests are recommended if the symptoms are on and off and not continuous- that is a point which is not completely clear in the query.

I would recommend that she takes plenty of fluids and watches her electrolytes to prevent the symptoms from happening. More definitive treatment can be suggested after the reports. Because the treatment will depend on the disease isolated.
