What Causes Swelling And Blisters Around Lips Of My Daughter?

my daughter is experiencing sever swelling of the lips, and parts of her gums for the past 6 days. There is light blistering and redness around the outer edge of the lips. We went to emergency and doctors thought it is allergy related but Benadryl and Reactine only works intermittently.
