What Causes Swelling And Pain In The Left Side Of Stomach?
I have been having swelling & pain in the left side of my stomach especially after I eat certain foods. My stomach stays swelled & I can t wear my clothes that has bands. All test have showed up ok. The pain goes around from my left side of my back on to under my front left ribs.

Looking at your history this could be any of following
acid peptic disease
gastric ulcer
pancreatitis
Splenomegaly
In myopinion you should visit your GP for the examination and investigations like blood profile
amylase test and an upper GI endoscopy
you can take tab omeprazole 20 mg with antacids for immediate relief
have plenty of fluids
try to avoid such foods which gives you pain
wishing you good health
