What Causes Swelling And Redness On The Left Hand?

For the past month I have had a slightly swollen and red left hand. My blood pressure is 20 points hire in this arm then the right. I am unable to obtain an oxygen measurement on this hand . I have a a DVT in the past but ultrasound and CAT Scan did not show a clot.

Hi,

The swelling and redness of only one hand can be related to a blood clot or a cervical rib on one side. You need to have an ultrasound scan and MRI scan done to find cause.
