What Causes Swelling Behind And Below Knee?

I have a swelling behind my left knee also swelling on the inside and below my left knee. This makes my entire leg feel pressure and pain in the knee. I believe there is a cyst that is common that can cause this, do you know if that is correct? Are there home solutions to help this condition?2

Hello. This sounds like what's called a Baker's cyst, and there's nothing you can do for it. An orthopedic surgeon can either drain it with a needle or remove it surgically.
