I injured my knee 3weeks and 4days ago today. 3 days ago I noticed swelling in my ankle of the injured leg I do not have pain in my knee or in my ankle. I have been putting a little weight on my knee to try and help rehabilitated, I'm just curious as to why I would have swelling on my ankle I've also been on ibuprofen and just need to know if I need to go have it looked at.

Swelling is due to dependent position of leg.To reduce it you can keep limb elevated over pillow. Active toe movements are advised.You can get its x ray to exclude fractures.
