What Causes Swelling In Ankles And Calf That Go Down On Sleeping?
I work a third shift job from 9 pm to 7 am I cook at a Waffle House and the floors are cement and every night I work my ankles swell and it will start to go into my calves and as soon as I go home and sleep an when I wake up my ankles and legs are fine is this something I should be worried about? It only happens on the nights I work all night long
Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you got swollen ankles and legs when go to duties involving long standing. It is work related i.e it occur due to long standing. Best method of treating it is you should avoid long standing . You should also investigate yourself for heart and kidney diseases by heart and kidney function tests to know for its cause. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.
