What Causes Swelling In Feet And Ankles Along With Stiffness In Knees?

Hi, over the past week both my feet and ankles have swollen and I can feel a tightness round my knees, 1foot is now so swollen I have no visable ankle bone. Even with a trainer sock on my flesh is hanging over the sock, I m a young mam of 1 child who keeps me active!?!?

you have developed edema foot. have renal function test problem is due to poor veinous return get examined by surgeon to exclude thrombophlebitis or vericocele of vein. raise the foot by pillow while sleeping. avoid standing for long time. use crepe bandage.note medication specialy hypertension which causes pedal edema.
