What Causes Swelling In Groin Near The Base Of The Penis?

Hello, my lower left side beside where my penis starts on the left is puffed up an were my thigh connects to my leg is swollen like a bar heading to my back side it started feeling like a bruise and I keept checking in the bathroom but no bruise now its hurting when I walk or as it down or lay down advil 800 mg isn t helping nore os naproxen 500s prescription isn t helping my swelling. If v that any help please some one help

I think it is swollen lymph node it occurs due some infection at your toes or at the penis tip.
Swelling may take some time to settle but pain will reduce in 24 hrs.
In this type of situation I advice my patients to start antibiotics and continue taking pain killers with hot fomentation at the site. If pain and swelling increases within 48 hrs. than they should consult doctor to rule out abscess(pus filled) formation.
